NH Capelle

NH Capelle offers eight multi-purpose meeting rooms and three executive boardrooms. Our flexible Barbizon Halls are ideal for your business meetings, parties and private events for groups of 2 to 250 people. Executive boardrooms offer an elegant 30 m² space for meetings and private dinners with a smaller number of people. All rooms benefit from natural daylight and have air-conditioning. Many different types of events can be held at NH Capelle, and we have already welcomed theme parties for up to 600 people. Special events services
Our meeting rooms are flexible and can be arranged to meet your requirements. Each room has its own temperature control and natural lighting. All the equipment you need for your event is on-hand, including wireless Internet access, ISDN lines, locks on all doors, direct telephone number for the catering department, flip-charts, an overhead projector and LCD projector. Please contact the hotel if you need other event equipment, which can generally be provided by our special audio-visual partner. We will be happy to work with you to make other special arrangements, such as flower service, music, entertainment, a photographer and whatever else you need.
