Sometimes it can happen that a search for a hotel can result in no hotels being shown and there are a couple of reasons why this could happen, such as:
Should this happen to you, we recommend that you amend your search criteria by i.e. selecting more or different star ratings or search for a different meeting destination / city to widen the search.
If you’re looking for hotels with a larger guest room capacity of i.e. 200 - 400, it might be helpful to split the total number of guest rooms needed over two or more hotels. This way, you can make sure that your desired hotels are able to send you a proposal for your event with the relevant meeting rooms even though your guests may have to sleep in separate hotels.

Don´t worry if you don´t have all the information on hand yet. You can always amend your inquiry by either sending a new inquiry or talking to your dedicated sales contact at the hotel. Please note though, that the rates of follow-up proposals may differ from the rates of your initial inquiry proposal.
