The Hotel am Hochrhein is a family-run, family-friendly and child-friendly house of category *** S (3-star superior).
Our house is in a good location on the outskirts of Bad Säckingen on the southern foot of the Black Forest directly on the Rhine. The location is wonderful for walks and hikes, as well as cycling along the Rhine. The beautiful landscapes in the southern Black Forest, the adjacent Switzerland and in nearby Alsace are ideal for tours, motorcycle tours, vintage corsos and the like, which you can plan in your trip or on your vacation.
Due to its location close to the border in the border triangle, there are a variety of excursion possibilities in the Black Forest and the surrounding countries Switzerland and France. The world cities of Basel and Zurich, the historic cities of Colmar and Strasbourg and Lake Constance are within easy reach.
Bad Säckingen has a great variety of sights that are worth a visit. In addition, the location is the ideal starting point for the fair city Basel (20 min.), To Zurich (30 min.), Lucerne (60 min.) Or Lake Constance (70 min.).
