On the first floor of the NH Urbano are the hotel’s two dedicated function rooms. These spacious rooms have a capacity of between 20 and 120 people each and are flexible enough to adapt to any kind of function. A full range of audio and visual technology is at the guests’ disposal in both rooms, allowing for many kinds of business presentations, conferences and social events like weddings and banquets. Any event can be catered for from the hotel’s bar and restaurant.
Special events services
Our hotel has private facilities for any kind of event, from private meals to business meetings and social banquets. The on-site restaurant and bar can arrange a special menu for your event, and our staff will help out with all the arrangements and service during your function. Hotel staff can also organize special services for your event, such as photographers, translators, hostesses, car service and anything else you require if you make your request in advance.
The two dedicated function rooms on the first floor of the hotel are designed to handle any kind of special event. Social occasions like a wedding, banquet or special party will find the audio-visual equipment useful for music, videos and other fun activities. With a capacity between 20 and 120 guests in each room, the hotel is able to handle both small and large events.
