Rental conditions for conference rooms: Handling costs for conference- and group rooms arise independently from lodgings and restaurant turnover. Room rent can be discounted if at least 80% of the conference attendees stay overnight in the Hotel NEPTUN or a gastronomical minimum turnover amounting to threefold room rent will be contractually agreed in advance. For commercial exhibitions of any size and attandance, exhibition rent will be charged. Preparation- and dismantling time before and after the event will be charged with the full room rent if the respecting room cannot be rent out otherwise.
