The Hotel Restaurant Hirsch is owned by the Arbogast family since 1902. At the moment Ute Needell and Gerhard Arbogast are in charge, in the 4th generation.
The Hotel Hirsch is located in Kork. A beautiful little village, with old framework houses, on the border to France. By train you can reach Strasburg within 10 Minutes. Kork is the perfect location to start day trips to the Black Forest, Baden-Baden, Freiburg, Alsace or the Europa-Park.
The Hotel has 63 rooms. All with shower/WC or bathtub/WC, color TV and hair dryer. Located in a small village the rooms are very calm.
The restaurant is well known for its great food not only by locals. The Guide Micheline honors our restaurant with the Bib Gourmand since years. Regional, German and French, dishes made on order with fresh products from local suppliers is the credo of head-chef and owner Gerhard Arbogast.
