This includes booking for excursions, ordering a taxi, doctor on call, motorbike rental, car rental, postage, laundry service and safe rental, all arrange through at the reception. WiFi internet in your room can also be activated at the reception for a modest fee.
Just outside the hotel's gates there are many small shops and supermarkets that make your stay even more convenient, as well as a bus stop that takes you to the city of Heraklion in under 15 minutes.
