Hotel Okura boasts one of the largest meeting facilities in the Netherlands, comprising of 2,700 m² of space. The grand ballroom is our largest venue and a prime location for any meeting, conference or social gathering, allowing up to 1,000 guests in theatre style. With an in house heavy weight elevator, the hotel ensures easy load-in and load-out of materials, including larger items such as automobiles. The meeting space is conveniently located on one floor featuring lots of natural daylight. A dedicated team of professionals assists you in planning and executing your event, including in-house audio visual planning and support.
