Kompetent und zuvorkommend. Es wurde versucht einen passenden Termin für diese VA zu finden. Sehr freundliche APs im Hotel. Empfehlenswert im Anfrageprozess. Leider wurde im Endeffekt ein anderer Termin festgelegt, den das Haus nicht mehr anbieten konnte.
