Vorheriger ASP nicht mehr zuständig, sondern jetzt die Einzelreservierung, aber Anfrage wurde nicht intern weitergeleitet. Unnötige Rückfragen und nicht sorgfältiges Lesen der Anfrage verzögerten die Bearbeitung leider beträchtlich. Eine Option wurde nach tel. Nachfrage und interner Rücksprache dann doch eingeräumt. Die Umbuchung eines zuvor gebuchten Gruppenkontingents entpuppte sich in diesem Fall offenbar leider als Herausforderung für der Leonardo-Team in Berlin.
