From Dresden Neustadt (train station):
From the railway station, take tram no. 3 towards Dresden Coschütz and get off at Synagoge.
BY AIR
From the Dresden Airport, take train line S2 towards Pirna and get off at the train station Bahnhof Mitte. Transfer to tram no. 1 or 2 towards Prohlis oder Kleinzschachwitz and get off at Altmarkt.
BY CAR
Three motorways connect Dresden to the national and international road network. The A4 approaches Dresden from the west (Cologne-Eisenach-Chemnitz) and east (Wroclaw-Görlitz-Bautzen), the A13 comes from the north (Rostock-Berlin) and the A17 comes from Prague. From Magdeburg/Leipzig, Dresden can be reached via the A14 and A4. The city also lies on the federal roads B6, B97, B170, B172 and B173.
