Our 10 multifunctional meeting and event rooms at the Mövenpick Hotel München Airport are designed for small and large events. All our rooms have natural light and some have direct access to a terrace.
For larger meetings with up to 70 people our rooms Freising + Erding with 109 m², as well as Hallbergmoos with 80 m² are available. Meeting room Freising, Erding and Goldach are the perfect place for smaller meetings and conferences. Our parlour rooms offer you the suitable space for 2 to 12 persons and are also ideal as breakout rooms.
All 10 meeting rooms in our conference area are air-conditioned and equipped with modern technical equipment such as LCD projector, screen, integrated microphone system and Wi-Fi.
Our meeting packages with one or two coffee breaks, lunch buffet including mineral water and apple juice, mineral water and juices in the meeting room leave nothing to be desired. You can upgrade your package any time by adding additional services, such as Coffee and tea throughout the event or additional soft drinks. Please ask for our "All Inclusive" package.
