In daily restaurant and hotel operations, they work hand-in-hand with Daniel's parents: senior boss Otto Fehrenbacher is mainly responsible for the guesthouse kitchen and the in-house cooking school, the native Alsatian Pia convinced with their personal service and attention to detail ,
