The renovations will include Lobby & bedrooms . Originally built for the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, the Fairmont Rey Juan Carlos I will once more take it’s place as one of the most stylish and exciting hotels in the region. The first phase of the refurbishment will be complete in March 2016 featuring a stunning new lobby concept with new lounge and bar making the best use of the wonderful architecture of our interior atrium.
