The most spacious apartment in the hotel, the room provides sufficient room for relaxing and feeling at home. It has an area of 33 – 43 m². Warm colours and stylish furniture ensure a relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, the apartment has a personal area with a desk so that you can also complete your business matters in a quiet atmosphere. Our small, fully-equipped kitchenette contains all of the useful cooking utensils such as pans, pots, cutlery and bowls in order to help you prepare healthy meals that suit your individual taste.

Metropolis with a heart
Munich is just a little cosier – whenever the sun shines, restaurants and cafés put out their tables on the sidewalks and people whip out their sunglasses. The inhabitants of Munich like to describe their hometown as Italy’s northernmost city. As buildings must not be higher than the Frauenkirche within the Mittlerer Ring highway, you never get the feeling of being in a metropolis, although the city has more than one million inhabitants. It feels like a relaxed city full of historic buildings. Munich is also a booming business location where many innovation drives are located – that‘s not apparent everywhere, though.
Where do you want to go?
The Vienna House Easy München is conveniently located at the Mittlerer Ring highway in Munich’s Neuhausen-Nymphenburg district. The Olympic Stadium, Theresienwiese, Marienplatz, Nymphenburg Castle and the banks of the river Isar – you can easily reach all the city’s attractions by bike, e-scooter, foot, tram or underground.

The lovingly renovated Neue Maxim cinema that is more than 100 years old shows exquisite arthouse films. It’s just a five minutes’ walk from the hotel. True to its motto of showing new films in a classic atmosphere and enabling the audience to enjoy classics in a new way, this cinema is the place to be for all those who enjoy somewhat bizarre rarities and indie films. The Cinema München always shows international blockbusters in the original language and with the highest sound quality. Every Friday evening, there’s a sneak preview – of what? Well, you’ll only find out as soon as the film has started.
Getting there
By car
Take the A9 and leave at the exit München-Schwabing. Then take the A95 to München/Zentrum. From there go in the direction of the Garmisch-P./Lindau A95/A96 junction. Leave at the exit Neuhausen/Zentrum. Follow the road to the junction of Landshuter Allee/Nymphenburger Str. and make a U-turn. You will find the entrance to the undergroud car park at Landshuter Allee 46.

From Munich main railway station: Take the underground U1/U7 to Olympia-Einkaufszentrum (3 stops); get off at the Rotkreuzplatz stop. From there it’s a walk of 350 metres to the hotel.
